1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to RandomHub. By accessing or using our website at randomhub.app (Service, Site, or RandomHub), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (Terms). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (User, you, or your) and RandomHub, operated by Ricky Laikhuram (we, us, or our).

2. Description of Service

RandomHub provides a collection of free online generator tools including but not limited to:

• Password generators and security tools
• Developer utilities (JSON formatters, Base64 encoders, etc.)
• Design tools (QR code generators, color palettes, etc.)
• Text manipulation tools
• Random generation tools (numbers, names, teams, etc.)
• Date and calculation utilities

All tools operate client-side in your browser, meaning your data is processed locally on your device and never transmitted to our servers.

3. Use of Service

3.1 Permitted Use

You may use RandomHub for:

• Personal, educational, or commercial purposes
• Generating content for your own projects and applications
• Testing, development, and design work
• Any lawful purpose consistent with these Terms

3.2 Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other users' accounts, or our computer systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/networks connected to the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service in a way that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce
• Remove, circumvent, or disable any security features or access restrictions
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Use the Service to generate or distribute malicious content, spam, or malware
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or discover source code
• Impersonate RandomHub or suggest you're affiliated with us without permission

4. User-Generated Content

All content you generate using RandomHub's tools (passwords, QR codes, JSON data, etc.) remains yours. We do not claim any ownership rights over content you generate.

As stated in our Privacy Policy, we do not collect, store, or have access to the content you generate. All processing happens locally in your browser.

You are solely responsible for any content you generate and how you use it. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to generate and use such content.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Rights

The Service, including its design, code, features, functionality, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by RandomHub and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our express written permission.

5.2 Your Rights

All content you generate using our tools is yours to use as you see fit, including for commercial purposes, without any attribution requirements.

6. Third-Party Services

RandomHub uses third-party services including:

• Google Analytics for website analytics
• Google AdSense for displaying advertisements

These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

7.1 Service As Is

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

7.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RANDOMHUB AND ITS DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Service
• Any errors or omissions in content
• Any conduct or content of third parties using the Service

7.3 Use at Your Own Risk

While we strive to provide accurate and reliable tools, you acknowledge that:

• Generated passwords, while cryptographically secure, should be used in accordance with your own security policies
• QR codes should be tested before use in production or commercial applications
• JSON and data formatting should be verified for your specific use case
• All generated content should be reviewed and tested before use in critical applications

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RandomHub, its developer, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you generate or submit

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep RandomHub available 24/7, but we do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to:

• Maintenance or updates
• Technical difficulties or outages
• Factors beyond our control

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice or liability.

10. Free Service

RandomHub is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to:

• Introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future
• Limit access to certain features
• Display advertisements (as we currently do)

Any material changes to our pricing model will be communicated to users, and existing free tools will remain free to use.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Since we don't store user accounts or data, termination simply means blocking access from your IP address or device if necessary.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this page. Material changes will be notified through a prominent notice on the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Agartala, Tripura, India.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RandomHub regarding the use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
